how should I add the Open Graph image for a a page?

    It looks like you have set it up correctly. Do note that og:* meta tags are only rendered for projects on paid accounts https://docs.nordcraft.com/pages/page-configuration#metadata
    If you're already on a paid plan and it doesn't work, please share a url and I'll check 👍

    You need two attributes on the meta tag for the image,

    property="og:image" content="https://linktoimage.png"

    I think this works but it is strange that on instagram messages it does not work as expected.

    You might need the twitter tag summary_large_image, for some reason many platforms hook into that meta tag to show large images

    it also might be a caching issue on instgram's side, I've found that a lot with OG images
