Why does null not equal null here?

    I have this formula that seems to return null but when I compare it to null by using Equal it returns false. I even used TypeOf to check if the type is actually null and it is. Based on Nordcraft AI an empty array is not compareable to null ( it is recommended to use Size in this case). But even if I use Size it doesn´t return 0 but null. Can anyone help?

    What can I compare undefined to? The only "solution" I´ve found is to use TypeOf, let it return the word Null and then compare it to Null

  • Undefined basically means the thing doesn’t exist so you can’t compare it to anything

    Yea that´s what I did intially but I was struggling because null (now I know it was undefined) did not equal null so I built everything again following AI´s instructions but now I´m using my old formula again. But thanks for your advice 👍

    Well I can sort of see what he means but not sure which part he’s referring to as a bug.

    The fact that type of and the equal nodes show it as null instead of undefined is a bug

    Undefined not being equal to null shouldn’t be a bug. That’s how it should be.
    I think the bug is related to how it shows null vs undefined types
