Todo API authorization error

Hi all,I am following the old video on the todo app. I'm at the point where I am creating a todo API.I have logged in successfully got an auth token. I went to my homepage (todo page) and tried to make my API but its getting an error code about authorization (see attached).The UI has moved on since the video so in which I see him scroll down to authorization and just pick auth token, which is no longer there. I tried using Headers?Please advise when you can.

What platform are you using
That looks correct as far as passing an auth token. I’d check to make sure it’s being saved correctly

Thanks for taking the time to respond to me, I really appreciate it.

How would I check that it is being saved correctly? As I say I am just grabbing the GET todo API URL and getting an error when I create the API.

This happens in the tutorial but he fixed it using this Authorization drop down which is no longer a thing.

Which tutorial are you referring to?
The value that would be passed in the authorization header would be from another call, usually a login
When you log in and authenticate the user, that token is saved as an http cookie via the Set Session Cookies action
Then other calls can then make use of it like you showed in your other screenshot

I feel like the call is being saved as the set session cookie and my other call should be making use of it, but just doesn't seem to.

@Jerome just noticed that your URL is malformed
The params api:za5BxUQb/todo are repeated in the URL
Remove them from the base URL

If you look at the final URL you are calling, it is https://x8ki-letl-twmt.n7.xano.io/api:za5BxUQb/todo/api:za5BxUQb/todo
Becaue it is in the base URL as well as the path parameters

The error should be different than "Unable to locate request" now in that case

If it's now an unauthorized error, perhaps try logging in again first

went to my login page and typed my creds, I noticed it won't take me to the home page which should be marked as "/"

That's normal, redirects are blocked inside the editor

If you click on homePage in the pages list it'll resume
