Lately, i perceived nordcraft now supports this feature. Does one have to create separate projects when planning to integrate for example app.domain.com subdomain in the app? For instance once the project should have more than one homepage(one for main domain and another for subdomain)?

Nordcraft has always supported subdomains. What is new is wildcard domains (on the scale up plan)

But yes, subdomains are considered unique entities in most things web related. In Nordcraft, you create a new project for each domain.

If you're on the scaleup plan then you can use wildcard domains on the single project
