I have two upgraded projects, each of which use the same domain. I have www. connected to one project and a wildcard attached to the other. Both were working with this setup a week or so ago, but now the non-wildcard site is not longer working.

And to clarify, the custom domain is listed as "Active" in the project, so it seems to be properly set up.

I found a bug in our internal routing logic when a hostname (tourglide.app) was registered as a wildcard domain while another (potential) wildcard domain was also registered (www.tourglide.app in your case). This should've been resolved now, and I can visit both URLs 🙌
