Response not updating in Edit API panel
Hi all . Getting started with the platform , so I very well could be misunderstanding the functionality here . I 'm trying to play around with API calls using the Rick and Morty API , and the initial creation always seems to work fine . But whenever I try to make changes to the endpoint parameters , Nordcraft doesn 't update the response . This is regardless of using auto -fetch or clicking the manual test button . I 've noticed it only updates when I change the actual name /title of the API call at the top of the panel . Is this normal behavior ? The tutorials I 've watched thus far suggest it 's supposed to auto update with changes . It only updates when you move focus away from the field or press enter , could that be it ? Only updates when I change the name of the API and move focus away from that field . I ran a workflow that increased the ID at every run but it returned the same result every time . Just a note that I was still experiencing this on several APIs and it all but seems to "break " the current app 's ability to manage existing requests or create new ones . Each time it happened I had to just start over and create a new app . Finally saw from other threads here that turning off proxy requests could help , and that seems to have resolved the problem for now . Not sure if it 's possible , but if the Editor could somehow recognize that responses are not updating (after a valid initial request ) , then provide some kind of text feedback in the panel for potential settings tweaks like the proxy toggle , that would 've been immensely helpful . Even a small documentation update would be useful here . Honestly was starting to lose confidence in the tool , but happy to just focus on learning now ππΏ Quite a few while I was trying to figure out what was going on π . I was actually starting to go back and track a list to try to narrow down the problem .
