Page overscrolling

I dont want the page to overscroll vertically ([see video](https://vimeo.com/1108727506/6918e40cfb?ts=0&share=copy)). how can I do this in NC? that behaviour is to help the user know they've reached the end, it's also part of things like pull to refresh, etc
disabling it has mixed feelings out there lol
you applied the overscroll-behavior: none; as an HTML attribute, not as CSS

@Lucas G x.com, and instagram seem to have it. the reason I want it is that I have a scrolling chat and when I overscroll the chat is not scrollable anymore unless i click inside it again.

I added it as CSS but still the same
