It seems there is just only one sitemap page I can create... is there a workaround to it?

You could upload a sitemap index and host the different files elsewhere

thanks for reply. we need to host sitemap under same domain -otherwise we can't see the number of indexed page in each sitemap file in google search console
do you know if there is any alternative solution?

We are rolling out a new feature soon where you can create proxy pages. Basically a page in toddle where the content is fetched directly from a backend. You can use that when it is launched. Sould not be more than a week or so
