Is it possible to dynamically change the height/width of a component based on a variable?

Absolutely. There is actually several ways you could achieve that.

- You could add margin bottom to the element that you are toggling, so that when it is shown it will push the content further down.

- You could add a class to the bottom element that has the same logic as the show/hide. Then style that class to have a smaller height.

Hey, Andreas, hello toddles, I also would be happy to be able to pass a width into a component. Is there any workaround to use an attribute "width" in a component to set its width dynamically? I want to save so many DIVs sourrounding components in a forms... Thanks for your ideas.

Use style variables
You can easily set a 'width' attribute which is used by a style variable
