I was exploring the "Page settings" and clicked on the "Add meta" button. Now I get a warning Page "Test" does not have required meta data "title". You can add the tag on the page's settings." How can I delete the meta data?
Meta title is what you see as the name of a tab on your browser for example
Or what appears in SERPs

All pages have them and you can add other ones like image which is what shows as part of the preview along with the meta title when a page is shared on socials for example

Yes, you can't delete these tags. They are default and it's a mechanism that tells users what they are clicking on.
