If I remember correctly from another thread, you gotta make sure the proxy is turned off when you export a component

You mean disable the "proxy" checkbox on any API within the component? or is there any other proxy option in a component?

Yes, it was the proxy thank you @Lucas G !!
But now the events on the component embeded on my client's web app don't work

oh I think the update I made to the component is not being reflected yet on the component on my client's site
do you know if this takes some time?
