Following up on this: I got the same tutorial working with Xano, but I think the issue I was running in to was the grabbing of session cookies - sometimes I would be "Test" mode, sometimes preview, and it seemed to work. Also the cookes seemed to be lost when doing the sign up, because you need to grab cookies from sign up, then go to that logged in homepage - which sometimes (but not always) lost cookies. So, I had it working fine in xano, but when I resaved the project, it seems like that broke the cookie auth stage. Also needed to restart my browser severral times for the toddle chrome extension to kick in.
