Could it be that you are being routed through china perhaps? What is your project called? Then I can check the logs to see what might be happening.

This seems to happen when Im in a specific component

Actually I found the logs that was generated when this "Forbidden" error occured. It does seem like that request is routed through Hongkong. So I would guess that is the reason for the Forbidden.
