Got this from Google, probably explains it best "A Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) is a formal document outlining how an organization will respond to and recover from disruptive events, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or hardware failures. It's a critical component of a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and focuses on restoring IT systems and data to ensure business operations can resume as quickly as possible".
Basically if Nordcraft goes down for some reason and everyone's site goes down, is there some written document outlining what happens after to get it back up. Kinda bullshitty because who knows what would happen in that situation, but I guess some companies will require that info before using something new
