Is there a way to collaborate on a private project with two separate paid accounts? So, give someone with an account outside my organization access to one of my projects?

Yes, you can collaborate by inviting them as a guest or external member depending on the platform you’re using. I can help you set it up if you’d like.

In order for users to work on a private project, they need to be a member of the project's organization. One user can be a member of multiple paid organizations, but will count as a "seat" in each of them.

Thank you for your response. Clear. If I add someone to my organization, can I still determine which projects they can and cannot see? Or will they have access to everything?

By default they won't have access to any projects. You will need to invite them to each project individually

Any plans for an agency plan, so agency maybe pays more but can work in different organisation's projects? Want to hand client projects off to their own account but might need to support in future along side whatever seats they have. Not sure how others currently do things?

We have talked about that, but we don’t have a clear plan at the moment.

We would love to hear suggestions on how it should work
