Account Login Issue
Came across an issue when trying to add a member to my org . They have an existing account but are not currently assigned to my org or any other . I sent an invite and when they click the link to accept the project /app screen never loads properly (dark grey screen with no content loading ) . Same issue when they try to login normally as well . Not sure if the issue is that they have no org assigned and the app fails to load as a result . They were previously a member of my org before the pricing plan changes and I had removed them for the time being as the seat was being unused , which is why their account is presently unassigned . Confirming they can login now and access the dashboard , thanks ! Noticed a follow up problem though . They cannot see all of my org 's projects . Currently they have the role of "editor " , not sure if that might be the issue . Also , how do I switch their role ? If want myself and the other user to an "owner " is that possible ?
