AI assistant not working at all

Hi thereThe nordcraft ai assistant not working, I try everything to make it work but it's keep loading without getting any answers, I clean the cache and cookie, use incognito tab, disable all extensions, try another browser, disable by firewall / antivirus / proxy / adblockers and even reset everything from my network. Few days ago I use a VPN and it's worked but now when I using the same vpn / country it's still not working.I had a similar issue with Xano with their chatbot and disable completely ad blocker Ad guard did the job, for nordcraft the issue seems more deepI just have this weird error from the google search console with nothing else ( screen ) Here a quick video of the issue : https://www.loom.com/share/052e00178e234491a1699182f1546182I really need the assistant, would be awesome if anyone can help me

Few days ago I use a VPN and it's worked but now when I using the same vpn / country it's still not working.

I had a similar issue with Xano with their chatbot and disable completely ad blocker Ad guard did the job, for nordcraft the issue seems more deep

Could you perhaps record/check your Network tab instead of the Console? The AI seems to work on my end 🤔

I'm not really sure what segment.io or sw.js is or why you have so many requests to their service? The request I was interested in was the ai-panel:AI fetch request which seems to start in your video but probably never finishes, or doesn't receive anything useful. Did you try asking other questions aside from pressing the What can you do? button?

Yep tried the 3 pre defined anwers and one that I write but the ai still stuck at loading, tried with microsoft Edge and same issue unfortunetly

The fact that it was previously working when you used a VPN and that you had similar issues with Xano indicates that it could be a regional issue. We're mainly using Claude as the underlying AI, and it seems they have some regional restrictions. I'm afraid I don't have a good solution for you right now, but we will investigate how we can make sure our AI works in all regions

Hi there , thanks for your investigations, can use Claude ( on their website or on other chatbots using it ) without any issues btw, its ok for me to be under a vpn while using Nordcraft but the weird thing is that I was able to make it work few days ago and now, in any countries set into the vpn, its not working anymore, I really dont understand whats happen 😦
